The Senior People Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the People function within the Financial Services industry. This role requires expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and delivering effective people solutions.

Description

As Senior People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering both strategic people initiatives and hands-on operational support across a global population of c.200 colleagues. This is a high-impact position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with regular organisational change.

You will report to the Head of People Partnering and work closely with the Head of People Services, forming strong cross-functional relationships across the People function and wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across the full HR lifecycleLead and support people elements of global M&A activity, including due diligence, onboarding, integration planning, and culture alignmentDrive harmonisation of terms & conditions across multiple countries, ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and alignment with business strategyShape and deliver change management initiatives, building leader capability and ensuring colleagues feel informed, supported, and engagedPartner on organisational design activity to create scalable, future-fit structuresManage complex and sensitive employee relations matters, balancing risk and commerciality while maintaining a people-first approachChampion a consistent, inclusive colleague experience across all marketsUse people insights and data to inform decision-making and influence at senior levelWork closely with the Head of People Services to ensure seamless collaboration between partnering, operations, and People ServicesTravel internationally (Ireland and Germany) every couple of weeks to build strong relationships and embed effective ways of workingProfile
