Description

Willmott Dixon are currently recruiting for a Senior Learning Coordinator to be based at our head office in Letchworth. This is a full time position where you will be required to work in the office 4 days per week and supported to work from home 1 day per week.

As a Senior Learning Coordinator you will be responsible for leading the coordination and administration of the Management Trainee Programme, Qualifications and Apprenticeships, supporting the Learning Manager in delivering a first-class learning experience through the WDU and assisting with the Learning Team budget administration.

The role also includes line management of two Learning Coordinators, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and development.

Main responsibilities as a Senior Learning Coordinator

Support, guide and develop the Learning Coordinators, working together to ensure the delivery of a consistently high-quality service.Lead the co-ordination and administration of all national elements of the Management Trainee Programme.Maintain good communication with trainees to build engagement with the programme and support their overall development.Manage the administration of qualifications and apprenticeships, working with apprentices and providers to deliver a first-class experience.Accurate and timely processing of invoices, timesheets and recharges linked to the Learning Team budget.Liaise with trainers, providers and internal stakeholders to schedule and coordinate training and events.Lead on internal and external audits, with a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Act as the first point of contact for queries related to WDU, trainees, qualifications and apprenticeships.Administration of the WDU as required including course uploads, site navigation and accurate learner records.Manage the training room as part of the wider co-ordination team.Essential and Desirable Criteria
