The Role
We are seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology recruitment, eager to build strong client and candidate relationships, and driven to grow a successful IT desk within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Responsibilities
Drive business development within the IT market, building long-term client partnerships.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement support.
Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and the evolving IT landscape.
Build and maintain a strong candidate network within various IT specialisms.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (experience in IT, Technology, or Digital sectors highly desirable).
Strong business development and account management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ambition to grow your own desk and progress within the company.
A proactive and consultative approach to recruitment.
