About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organised HR Administrator to join their team from 2nd October 2026, following the half-term period.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to develop their career within a busy school environment. You will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, helping to ensure that staff records, recruitment processes and day-to-day HR administration are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systemsAssisting with recruitment and onboarding processesPreparing contracts, letters and other HR documentationSupporting with pre-employment checks, including references and DBS documentationMaintaining staff absence and attendance recordsAssisting with payroll and timesheet administration where requiredResponding to staff queries professionally and promptlySupporting the organisation and maintenance of confidential HR filesAssisting with general school administration when requiredEnsuring HR processes are completed accurately and within deadlines About You The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in HR administration or general administrationExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to handle confidential information professionallyGood IT skills and confidence using Microsoft OfficeThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamA professional, approachable and reliable mannerExperience working within a school or education setting would be advantageous but is not essential Why Work at Us?
