Sales & Relationship Manager

RTS Group of Company UK Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Relationship Manager to join our growing recruitment business in the UK.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with businesses, identify new recruitment opportunities, and develop long term partnerships with employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients

• Develop new recruitment opportunities and generate leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Understand clients' staffing requirements and coordinate with our recruitment team

• Arrange meetings and follow up with prospective clients

• Negotiate recruitment agreements and support the process from initial contact to placement

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service

• Meet agreed sales and business development targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or account management is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident speaking with business owners, managers, and HR professionals

• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

• Self motivated and target driven

• Good knowledge of the UK business market is an advantage

• Recruitment or hospitality industry experience is desirable but not essential
