Provide senior reward and partnering expertise to the wider organisation including compensation, benefits and recognitionAct as a reward partner to the organisationBuild and maintain stakeholder relationshipsSupport in delivering the reward strategySupport in design, renewal and implementation of global benefit programsProvide benefits bench-marking, cost analysis and reporting to inform decisionsBe an escalation point for benefit queriesDesign and deliver reward initiativesLead operational reward projects to provide deliverables on cyclical activitiesGlobal Compensation: pay framework design, market pricing, pay equity, bench-marking and executive rewardUse data, reporting and analytics to inform decisionsProfile
