What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be responsible for finding and engaging top talent before anyone else.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates using leading job boards and Boolean search techniques. Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn and social media. Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies. Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews. Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career aspirations. Writing and posting engaging job adverts. Sending targeted email, SMS and WhatsApp recruitment campaigns. Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the recruitment process. Keeping our CRM updated with accurate candidate information. Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently. Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to placement.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is naturally organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential

Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident speaking on the telephone. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Positive, self-motivated and driven to succeed. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
