We re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Construction team in Leeds, helping us source and support great people across some of the UK s busiest construction projects.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are ever the same. One minute you ll be speaking to a Site Manager needing urgent cover for Monday morning, the next you ll be tracking down a Finishing Manager for a high-profile fit-out project.

If you enjoy being busy, speaking to people, solving problems, and finding candidates others can t - you ll fit right in.

You ll play a huge part in helping us find and support the best construction talent across the region.

That means:

Writing engaging job advertsSearching for candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRMSpeaking to candidates daily and building strong relationshipsHeadhunting and networking to uncover hidden talentSupporting candidates through registration and onboardingMatching people to the right projects and opportunitiesKeeping candidate records organised and up to dateSupporting the consultants with shortlists and admin You ll also help make sure candidates are fully compliant and ready for site - including Right to Work checks, references, and verifying qualifications such as CSCS cards.

It s a role that combines people skills, organisation, and problem solving in a busy, team-driven environment.

About you

We re looking for someone confident, organised, and proactive who genuinely enjoys speaking to people.

You might already have experience in:

RecruitmentResourcingCustomer serviceAdministrationSales supportTalent acquisition Construction recruitment experience would be great - but personality, attitude, and work ethic matter more. Most importantly, we want someone who s positive, driven, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
