We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and growing Education Recruitment team in our Chelmsford office.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships within the education sector.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by:

Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionalsManaging the candidate journey from initial contact through to placementConducting candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checksMaintaining and updating the CRM/database accuratelyAdvertising roles across job boards and social platformsBuilding and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within the education market About You

Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (education sector experience is highly desirable)Strong candidate-driven mindset with excellent communication skillsConfident using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methodsHighly organised with strong attention to detailA team player with a proactive and positive attitude What We Offer
