An established Recruitment-to-Recruitment (R2R) search agency with a strong international client base is hiring a Delivery Consultant to support growth across the UK, Europe, and US markets, working exclusively on (permanent) recruitment assignments.

This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for a recruiter who values structured processes, quality candidate engagement, and consistent delivery, rather than business development.

The RoleWorking closely with senior consultants, you will deliver against international R2R search mandates, supporting recruitment agencies globally. Responsibilities include:

Sourcing and engaging recruitment professionals for (permanent) rolesManaging candidates through end-to-end interview and offer processes across multiple time zonesConducting structured qualification and screening interviewsSupporting retained and exclusive search assignmentsTalent mapping and proactive search activity across UK, Europe, and the USMaintaining accurate CRM records, pipelines, and documentationWorking within clearly defined quality processes to ensure high standards, consistency, and complianceProviding an excellent candidate experience throughoutRequirementsPrevious recruitment experience (agency background preferred)Strong delivery and sourcing capabilityConfident, professional communication styleHighly organised and comfortable following structured recruitment processesExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boardsR2R, international, or US market exposure is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on OfferGBP27,000 - GBP37,000 basic salary, depending on experienceUncapped commission or bonus structureExposure to international retained (permanent) search assignmentsClear progression into senior delivery or consultant rolesHybrid or flexible working optionsSupportive, collaborative culture with no heavy BD targets or KPI micromanagementA business that genuinely prioritises quality, process, and long-term relationshipsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist R2R search business where quality delivery and professional standards sit at the heart of everything.
