An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team at Bretsa Early Years , a leading early years and educational recruitment agency.

We are seeking a dedicated Resourcing and Compliance Officer to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates for early years and educational placements Use job boards to continuously source candidates Place adverts and use social media to generate candidate attraction Arrange interviews and manage and complete compliance checks Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations and recruitment policies Maintaining accurate records and managing compliance documentation Collaborating with consultants to meet client staffing needs Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience in resourcing, compliance, or a similar role preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits:
