The RoleWe are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the search for a Recruitment Officer to join their HR team based at their Leeming site.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys both strategic hiring and high-volume recruitment, offering the chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced and growing business.The RoleAs Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, from specialist and office-based positions through to high-volume and seasonal production hiring.Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure the business attracts, engages, and secures high-quality talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from brief through to onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role criteriaSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct searchConduct interviews and assess candidate suitability and cultural fitCoordinate interview processes and maintain clear candidate communicationDeliver high-volume and seasonal recruitment campaigns for operational rolesBuild strong talent pipelines to support future hiring needsManage offers and support salary negotiations in line with company policy
