Prospero Group are delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our Leeds Teaching Team!

You will be supporting by carefully resourcing experienced teaching staff and handling multiple bookings.

In this role you will be responsible for-

Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescalesBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both schools/LEAs and candidatesAdvertising jobs, CV searching and registrationsWorking with the team to fill bookingsSupporting with candidate mailersEnsure timesheets are chased and collected on a weekly basisData entry/ administrationWhat we are looking for-

Driven, hungry and motivated individuals with a 'winning' attitude!Willingness to learnStrong written and communication skillsPositive and 'can do' attitudeGraduate or equivalent desirableThis role is suitable for someone working in a similer role or within education.
