Blue Arrow - Glasgow - 26,500 - 30,000 basic + uncapped monthly, quarterly & annual bonus

Are you a driven recruiter or sales professional who thrives in winning new business just as much as building long lasting client and candidate relationships? Due to internal movement, Blue Arrow is currently on the market for an ambitious consultant within the hospitality sector to join our team in Glasgow. You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service throughout. If you're commercially minded, results-driven, tech orientated and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking, and relationship buildingDeveloping and growing existing client accountsWorking with our high-end tech/AI led systems to manage growth and serviceNegotiating rates, terms, and service agreementsAttending client meetings and conducting site visitsDelivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidatesWorking towards and exceeding sales, GP, and activity targetsWhat we're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience preferred, but a strong sales professionals or sales minded candidates with relevant work/education background within the hospitality industry will also be consideredProven track record in business development or account growthComfortable working within a fast paced and reactive environmentEmbraces technology and the positive impact it can have within your roleStrong communication and influencing skillsCommercial awareness and a target-driven mindsetAbility to build long-term client and candidate relationshipsSelf-motivated, resilient, and ambitiousFull UK driving licence preferredWhat's in it for you
