What youll do:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll learn how to manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, working with schools, colleges and training providers across the UK. Youll be trained to:

Develop new business and build strong client relationships Source and interview candidates Match the right people to the right roles Manage placements, offers and negotiations Work towards clear targets with support from your team and manager Who were looking for:
