If you're an experienced recruiter with strong experience of permanent recruitment who enjoys the buzz of a busy desk but wants to feel more valued (and better rewarded for it), this could be the move you've been looking for. Based in Stockport town centre, we're an award winning business looking to expand the permanent recruitment side of the team.

There's a salary up to 32,000 (OTE 50,000), a fantastic benefits package (including holidays that increase to 30 days + BH), and, importantly, a genuine career.

The Role

This is a role where no two days look the same (in a good way). You'll be balancing business development with consultative recruitment-building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and matching great candidates with the right opportunities.

It's fast-paced and target-driven, but not cutthroat. The focus is on doing things properly, building long-term partnerships, and celebrating success as a team.

What You'll Be Doing

Growing your desk through a mix of new business and client developmentWorking on a wide range of office support based permanent rolesSpeaking with and meeting clients to really understand what they need (not just filling jobs)Sourcing and building relationships with high-quality candidatesKeeping your pipeline active and movingWorking closely with marketing to make the most of warm leadsManaging a varied client base across the North WestHitting targets-and being recognised when you do

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar recruitment consultant roleSomeone who enjoys the sales side of recruitment but also values relationshipsConfident, personable communication skillsA proactive, "pick up the phone and make it happen" mindsetOrganised, adaptable, and able to juggle a busy workloadA team player who's happy to share ideas (and wins)Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
