Bristol - Hybrid (3 days office based)

Up to 30,000 DOE + uncapped commission

You'll take ownership of your own Business Professional desk across the South West, including Exeter. Working closely with clients and candidates, you'll win new business, strengthen existing relationships and deliver recruitment solutions that make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

Running and growing your own recruitment desk.Building trusted relationships with local clients across the South West.Winning new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.Managing candidates from first conversation through to placement.Keeping your market knowledge and online presence sharp and relevant.Delivering consistent, high-quality recruitment support in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll bring

Proven experience in recruitment OR sales.A track record of building strong client and candidate relationships.Confidence managing your own workload and priorities.A calm, practical approach when plans change.Clear communication and a strong work ethic.A car and valid driving licence for client visits.
