Salary: 27k to 32k + commission

We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the education sector, including primary, secondary and SEN schoolsDevelop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients, using your sales skills to sell recruitment services effectivelyMaintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized solutions to their staffing needsSource, interview, and place qualified education professionals, ensuring a great match between candidates and clientsConduct regular sales calls and meetings to increase business opportunities and meet targetsManage the recruitment process from initial client inquiry through to candidate placement and aftercareUse CRM software to track progress and maintain accurate records.Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience in recruitment or working in the education sector is highly desirable but not essentialA proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA passion for education and helping others succeedA willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industryWhat We Offer:
