People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol Office.

Shifts:

Monday to Friday: 08:00am - 5:00pm Salary:

GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 per annum + performance bonus and benefits Benefits include:

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Carrying out business development activity, including calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunitiesManaging and developing existing client relationships to increase market shareAttending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing campaignsSourcing and matching candidates to vacanciesWriting engaging job advertisementsShort-listing and interviewing candidatesEnsuring compliance and completing administration tasksConducting client service reviewsReporting figures and working towards exceeding targets and KPIs Essential skills:

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need:

Excellent communication skills with a positive attitudeA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for visiting client's sites and offices)Business development or client-facing experience (advantageous)Strong customer service skillsThe right to work in the UK (with proof required) Desirable experience:

Previous experience working in recruitment is preferred but not essential

Training:

A full paid induction will be provided, along with on-the-job training starting on day one and continuing throughout your career.
