Recruitment Consultant Dunfermline OTE 60k per annum +

The Role:

Manage and develop existing accounts through sourcing candidates in relation to client's expectations and requirements.Actively seek and exploit new business opportunities through a variety of Sales & marketing initiatives.Visit potential and existing clients regularly to gain market knowledge and promote Avenue Scotland in a professional manner while developing business relationships.Attend and represent Avenue Scotland at various functions including exhibitions, shows, conferences, hospitality events.Adhere to a weekly agreed level of key performance indicatorsCommit to planning on a daily basis paying particular interest to the on-going prospecting of new business opportunities.Adhere to all procedures relating to the registration and administration of vacancies, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded accurately.Respond to client and candidate requests courteously within the necessary time frame.Collate and present performance review figures when requested.Contribute ideas to the business strategy and work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Trainee Consultants.Desirable Requirements:
