Location: Portsmouth, Lakeside North Harbour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary: Competitive + uncapped commission (OTE GBP30k GBP130k+)

We are expanding our Highways and Building Services recruitment teams and are looking for graduates, trainees, and experienced recruitment consultants to join us during an exciting period of growth.

What you ll do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you ll play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with market-leading organisations across the UK s Highways and Building Services sectors. You will:

Learn from experienced recruitment specialists and develop deep technical market expertiseBuild long-lasting relationships with clients and candidatesProgress to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 6 12 months (for trainee hires)Conduct market research and identify new recruitment opportunitiesEngage with both active and passive candidates across your specialist sectorOffer expert advice and guidance based on your recruitment knowledge and insights Whether you re experienced in recruitment or ready to start your career, we ll give you the support, structure, and development you need to thrive.
