We are an ambitious and growing education recruitment agency, passionate about connecting outstanding teachers and support staff with schools that need them. We’re now looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us expand our reach in the education sector.

Your Role

* Manage and grow your own portfolio of schools and candidates.

* Develop strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and school visits.

* Proactively source, interview, and place top-quality education professionals.

* Deliver excellent service and meet agreed sales and service targets.

* Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are met at all times.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous recruitment or sales experience (Full training provided in The Education Sector)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* A proactive, resilient, and driven personality.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* A real passion for supporting schools and education staff.
