The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Trades & Labour team, you will:

Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement Build and maintain strong relationships with construction firms, subcontractors, and site managers Source and place skilled and semi-skilled tradespeople including labourers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and more Respond quickly to client requirements and deliver high-volume, time-sensitive recruitment solutions Maintain compliance and ensure all placements meet health & safety and right-to-work standards What We re Looking For

Proven experience in Trades & Labour recruitment Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its workforce needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment What We Offer
