Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to successful placement. Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Develop creative candidate attraction strategies to secure top talent. Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth, positive hiring experience. Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while contributing to company success. About You

Sales or Recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or a related sector. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Professional, ambitious, and passionate about client and candidate success. Key benefits
