Connect Appointments are working with an ambitious and growing Manchester based recruitment business that is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to develop and manage a construction contract desk. This role offers strong earning potential, autonomy, and clear progression for high performers.

Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end contract recruitment process within the construction sector. You will be responsible for winning new business, supplying temporary and contract labour, and building long-term relationships with both clients and contractors.

Your duties will include:

Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycleWin new construction clients through business developmentSupply temporary and contract labour across sitesBuild and manage a strong contractor workforceAttend client meetings and site visitsHandle compliance, onboarding, and contractor careNegotiate rates and contract termsWork towards weekly and monthly billing targetsTo be successful in this role, you will be commercially driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proven recruitment experience is essentialContract / temp recruitment background preferredConstruction recruitment experience beneficial but not essentialStrong sales drive and commercial awarenessAble to work at pace and manage multiple requirementsFull UK driving licence preferredWhat's on offer?
