Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or People Partner roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceConfident handling complex employee relations casesSkilled in coaching and influencing senior stakeholdersExperience supporting organisational change and transformationData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people insightsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, solutions-focused, and commercially awareComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPassionate about creating inclusive and engaging workplaces
