We are a specialist warehouse recruitment company based around the Heathrow area, supplying reliable and skilled workforce solutions to a wide range of logistics clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Operations Consultant to join our office-based team.
Role Overview
As an Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and operational coordination for our warehouse clients. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit warehouse operatives for client sites including cargo, parcel, courier, and perishable warehouses
Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance checks
Coordinate daily workforce requirements and ensure client staffing needs are met
Maintain regular communication with warehouse clients to understand demand, performance, and feedback
Manage candidate availability, shift allocations, and attendance
Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and compliance standards (right to work, documentation, etc.)
Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
Support continuous improvement of recruitment and operational processes
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, operations, logistics, or warehouse staffing (preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Flexibility to support operational needs when required
