Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Job Analyst to join Cheshire East Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct job analysis interviews with managers and stakeholders Produce accurate and compliant Job Description Questionnaires (JDQs) Provide guidance on NJC job evaluation processes Support job evaluation panels where required Manage a high volume of evaluations linked to restructuring activity About You
Proven experience in job evaluation and job analysis Strong knowledge of the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme Experience completing JDQs and supporting evaluation processes Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to you!
