Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a growing consultancy. The business is looking for someone with strong technical knowledge across the Employee Benefits space, who can build trusted client relationships, generate new opportunities, and play a key role in shaping the ongoing development of their corporate proposition.

This position offers genuine strategic influence, working with key stakeholders to support business growth, enhance client delivery, and help shape the future direction of the Employee Benefits division.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the international Employee Benefits team to support multinational clients with a UK SME presence.Provide tailored employee benefits advice across pensions, risk, and healthcare.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through quality service and trusted guidance.Generate new business opportunities and support the expansion of the client base.Collaborate across the wider business, utilising in-house expertise to deliver the best outcomes for clients.Stay informed on legislation, market trends, and products to deliver accurate and up-to-date advice.Review existing client arrangements and recommend improvements.Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal governance standards.Support and motivate colleagues, contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.About You

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee Benefits or within an insurance provider.Strong understanding of group risk, healthcare, and pension products.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Comfortable presenting complex information clearly to a range of audiences.Strong IT, organisation, and numeracy skills.Relationship-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
