Interim HR Systems Specialist

Description

A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim HR Systems Specialist to join with immediate start. The role is to support with a HRIS implementation and upgrade of an existing HRIS,to provide HR expertise on the testing phase, staff FAQ's and embed training across the organisation. The organisation is based in London with a hybrid working pattern and open to a 3-5 day working week.

An Interim HR Systems Specialist to:

Support a project and systems team as the HR SME with a variety of upgrades to an existing HRIS that is an old versionSupport the end-to-end upgrades and new implementation to ensuring alignment to the organisational goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirement for the HRISSupport with the testing phaseDevelop staff FAQ's Provide training and support to staff on system functionality and usage.Work with the wider HR Team to develop and embed training across the organisationCommunicate progress and updates to senior management and relevant teams.Develop HR Processes to align to the system, alongside creating process documentation, user guides and process mapsImprove HR processes to improve automationIdentify systems gaps and suggest future system improvementsProfile

An Interim HR Systems Specialist should have:

Previous HRIS implementation experience Previous experience with developing staff FAQ's and system training to the wider organisationIdeally NFP experience but open to sectorAble to start at short noticeJob Offer

Up to 420 per day

Open to a 3-5 day working week
