Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic HR Director to lead the people function of a growing, forward-thinking organisation. This role is perfect for a strategic, inspiring leader who knows how to create an exceptional employee experience, build an inclusive culture, and drive organisational performance through people.

The Role

As HR Director, you'll report directly to the CEO and shape the people strategy across the organisation. You'll lead culture, talent, HR operations, organisational design, and change initiatives-ensuring the business is equipped with the right people, structure, and capability to thrive. In this exciting role, you will:

- Provide strategic HR leadership to the Executive Team.

- Champion a positive, inclusive, values-driven culture.

- Drive talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.

- Lead organisational design to support agility and growth.

- Oversee the People function and ensure a high-quality employee experience.

- Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.

- Lead HR tech and data-driven decision-making improvements.

- Handle complex HR issues, ensuring ethical and legal compliance.

- Develop a competitive compensation and benefits strategy.

- Lead change management and organisational development initiatives.

- Manage, mentor, and develop the people team.

The successful candidate will have:

- A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or similar.

- A demonstrable track record of progressive HR leadership experience in a service / regulated industry sector.

- Strong strategic, board-level influence and communication skills.

- The confidence to act as an external representative of the organisation.

- Previous experience on a growth trajectory with a Private Equity-backed business.

- Strategic thinking and business acumen.

- Strong data skills and digital fluency

- An inclusive people leadership style

- Deep expertise in culture, leadership, and change management
