Description
Our client, a dynamic player in the veterinary care sector, is seeking a talented and organised HR Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract position offering you the chance to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various projects aimed at enhancing veterinary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating the planning and execution of projectsEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within scopeManaging project schedules and timelinesLiaising with internal teams and external stakeholdersMonitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessaryPreparing and maintaining project documentationIdentifying and managing potential risks and issuesConducting project meetings and providing updates to senior management
Job Requirements:
Experience in project coordination or managementStrong organisational and time–management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using project management tools and softwareAttention to detail and problem–solving abilitiesUnderstanding of risk management and mitigation strategiesRelevant qualifications in project management or a related field
