A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing business in the Barnstaple area.

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving the people agenda across the site, partnering with senior management to support organisational growth, employee engagement, workforce planning, and operational performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the site HR team and HR strategySupport workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational developmentManage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary mattersOversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention activitiesDrive employee engagement, culture change, and development initiativesEnsure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and best practices

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership roleStrong employee relations and performance management expertiseExperience delivering organisational change and engagement programmesStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR complianceSkilled in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planningExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
