Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for your next challenge?
On-site 4 Days per week - Telford
Salary Circa - GBP55k + Benefits
This is a key leadership role for a HR Manager who can influence stakeholders, drive change, and improve people performance within a manufacturing environment.
As a member of the SLT, you will partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business objectives and site performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all site HR activities and employee relations.Partner with leaders to improve engagement, performance, and culture.Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and drive key people metrics, including absence, turnover, and engagement.Coach and develop management capability.Operate effectively within a unionised environment.Use data and insights to identify trends and drive action.As an experienced HR Manager having worked within Manufacturing you will be data-driven, resilient, and commercially focused.
