Description
My client is seeking for a proactive HR Manager (part-time) to support their HR function during a period of transition. The role involves strengthening HR processes, embedding a new HR system and supporting HR administrators.Temporary - 4 Months, (Potential to Extend)Hybrid - Primarily Remote (1 day on-site per week)Hours: 25-30 per week, part-timeSalary: GBP20.50 per hour Sector: Charity / Education preferredKey Responsibilities:Support HR administrators with HR processesVerify and quality-check HR dataSupport recruitment, on boarding, and inductionUpdate HR policies and ensure complianceEstablish HR audit procedures (safer recruitment, equality, absence management, training)Support pay and contract reviewsProvide generalist HR advice and manage ER casesCandidate Profile:Experienced HR generalist at HR Manager levelHands-on, collaborative, and happy to coach HR administratorsStrong knowledge of HR processes, governance, and complianceCharity or education sector experience advantageousIf you match the above criteria please do get in contact with Marsha-Louise
