HR Coordinator (12-Month FTC - Maternity Cover)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and fast-paced role within a well-established organisation?

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join a busy People team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide proactive HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees while ensuring a high-quality HR service.

Please note - the interview process will involve a competency based interview, written test as well as a face to face interview. This may be over 2 stages.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing contractual and payroll-related changes Providing first-line HR advice on policies, procedures and employee queries Supporting employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries and grievances Coordinating family leave processes and occupational health referrals Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activities Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and diversity & inclusion initiatives About you:

Previous experience within an HR function Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle Experience providing HR advice to managers and employees Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate records Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally CIPD Level 5 or above desirable Package:
