HR Business Partner Supply Chain

We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in an HR Business Partner to support their supply chain function.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with leaders on the ground and playing a key role in shaping people strategy in a complex, unionised environment.

This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines, you'll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the business.

What you'll be doing

Partnering with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operational teamsSupporting and coaching leaders on all areas of people managementLeading on employee relations activity, including complex caseworkBuilding strong relationships with union representatives and supporting ongoing union engagementSupporting organisational change, restructures and transformation activityUsing data and insight to influence decision making and improve performanceWorking closely with the wider People team to deliver key initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a supply chain, logistics or operational environmentStrong experience working within a unionised setting is essentialConfident managing complex ER cases and supporting senior stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentA hands-on approach with the ability to balance both strategic and operational prioritiesStrong relationship builder who can influence at all levelsThis is a great opportunity to join a business where HR is genuinely valued and where you can have real impact within the operation.
