Working as part of a supportive HR team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle, supporting both managers and employees while helping to drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, and leaver processes Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from managers and employeesMaintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR documentation is up to date and compliantAssisting with performance management processes, probation reviews, absence management, and employee relations mattersSupporting employee development initiatives and engagement activities across the businessProducing HR reports and management information to support decision-makingEnsuring HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and company policiesContributing to ongoing HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

Previous experience within a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or HR Administration roleGood understanding of the employee lifecycle and current UK employment legislationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable mannerHigh levels of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detailCIPD Level 3 qualified, studying towards CIPD, or equivalent HR experience would be advantageous
