Description

HR Advisor Immediate Start- 2 months initially Black Country Area - dual sites (Hybrid) 20 per hour

We are currently supporting a well-established organisation based in the Black Country area with the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor on a temporary basis (with the potential of a permanent role). This is a wonderful opportunity, ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can quickly add value within a fast-paced environment. This role requires an immediate start and the successful candidate must have experience of working in a similar HR Advisor/HR Generalist role.

The Role

Reporting into senior HR leadership, the HR Advisor will provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising managers on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary and grievance casesSupporting performance management and capability processesInterpreting and applying HR policies and employment legislationAssisting with change management and organisational initiativesSupporting recruitment, onboarding and HR projects as requiredMaintaining accurate HR records and documentationAbout You

Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR roleStrong working knowledge of UK employment lawConfident managing employee relations cases independentlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to work autonomously and hit the ground runningCIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
