HR Advisor - Contract (3-6 months)
Honiton (hybrid)
Pay: 18.85 PAYE / 22.73 Umbrella
DBS required
Our client, a local council, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support recruitment and workforce delivery. The role will be hybrid, based in Honiton, with travel to surrounding sites as needed.
Duties include:
Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staffSupporting end-to-end recruitment and onboardingAssisting with employee relations cases and HR queriesSupporting HR projects and policy workEnsuring compliance with employment law and council policies
Requirements:
