We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin role

Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000

Location: Bedford

Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday Friday 37 hour working week

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin

Provide timely and accurate advice on a wide range of people matters Maintaining/updating systems Payroll preparation Supporting the wider HR team Prepare clear and professional documentation Maintain personnel records Recruitment administration Requirements for a successful HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin

CIPD Level 3 Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role Strong knowledge of HR compliance Excellent organisational sills and administrative skills with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsExcellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met About Allstaff Recruitment
