About the Role

Anderson Knight Recritment are currently seeking a resilient and highly organised HR Adviser to join our busy People team in a fast-paced, operational environment. This is a fully onsite role where you will be managing a high volume of ER casework and providing hands-on support to managers across the business.

This position would suit an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic setting, is confident handling complex employee relations matters, and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, investigations)

Advising and coaching line managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice

Supporting formal meetings and hearings, including note-taking where required

Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policy

Monitoring case progress and maintaining accurate HR records

Supporting organisational change processes where required

Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience

Strong experience in managing high-volume ER casework independently

Confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

Resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge appropriately

Comfortable being onsite full time and visible within the business
