Description

Spencer Clarke Group are proud to be working with a highly reputable organisation based in the Kendal area to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary 3-month basis.

As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role within the HR function, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR processes to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Working collaboratively with both HR and wider teams, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and takes pride in attention to detail.

Supporting the HR function with day-to-day administrative tasksMaintaining accurate employee records and filesAssisting with onboarding and HR documentationHandling general enquiries professionally via phone and emailSupporting with recruitment process & job advertsSupporting HR projects and ad hoc administrative tasksAbout you

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

Immediately available to start ASAP Proven administrative experience in a busy office environmentHR experience is desirable but not essentialStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skillsProfessional communication skills and a proactive approachAbout the company
