A growing organization in the hospitality industry are currently seeking a Head of Operations that will be overseeing both finance and HR departments and working closely with the founders of the business to grow further.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage the members of the HR teamLead payroll end-to-endCreate reports and metrics and work closely with founders to improve the companyOversee the finance operationsLead on all ER casesOversee training for the company

Previous experience working in a senior operations roleExperience working with a growing companyGood knowledge on HR policiesGood knowledge on finance processesAn excellent communicatorHard-working and ambitiousA team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
