Based in Teddington, we are looking to recruit a Graduate recruitment consultant to retain & grown existing clients within the Telecom's / I.T sector.

Clients range from Tier 1 Telco's , Service providers, vendors & global integrators.

Your Profile

Were looking for a Sales orientated individual - training will be provided. 360 recruitment role Focus on building a desk - hybrid of perm & freelancers Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) Ability to build and maintain relationships within existing clients - ability to source candidates as per the brief/ specifications presented by the client Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Competitive, tenacious and resilient. High energy, ambitious, motivated and target driven. Team player who can also work alone using own initiative In Return
