The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

You'll join our structured Graduate Training Programme, designed to teach you everything you need to become a successful recruiter and future team leader.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full recruitment process - sourcing, screening and matching candidates to exciting roles.Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding what makes a great fit.Engaging in sales and business development, identifying new opportunities and growing your own client base.Advising candidates on CVs, interviews and career development.Working toward clear targets and KPIs, with rewards for exceeding them.Contributing to a positive, collaborative and fun team culture.What We're Looking For

We're not expecting recruitment experience - just the right attitude and drive to succeed.

You should have:

A 2:1 or above (any discipline), or equivalent experience.Proven commercial or sales experience (retail, hospitality, telesales, fundraising, etc. all count!).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A competitive edge - motivated by goals, performance and rewards.Resilience and adaptability - recruitment is fast-paced, and no two days are the same.Ambition to build a long-term career with real earning potential.What's In It For You
