Search Recruitment Group, one of the largest recruitment specialists in the UK and New York, is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team in early 2026.

In this role, you'll focus on Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain recruitment across the North West. Your responsibilities will include engaging with and registering candidates, matching them to suitable opportunities, and developing new business through B2B sales activity.

You'll also benefit from our award-winning Consultant Development Programme and ongoing 1:1 coaching, giving you access to industry-leading training and support from a manager with over 20 years of experience in the market.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making outbound B2B calls, LinkedIn outreach, and on-site client visits to generate new businessNegotiating fees and rates to maximise your earning potentialSourcing and interviewing candidates, registering them on our CRM, and supporting them through the recruitment processScheduling interviews, carrying out interview preparation, and taking interview feedbackActing as the main point of contact for candidates and clients, handling queries and providing top-tier supportDelivering a high level of service at every stage of the recruitment processWhat We're Looking For:

A background in sales or a similar target-driven environment would be an advantageConfidence in building and nurturing long-term relationshipsExcellent communication skills - whether over the telephone, in person, or in writingA self-motivated, resilient mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals
