We're a specialist IT recruitment agency operating across Ireland and the US, with offices in Belfast, Dublin, and Tampa. We're growing, and we need an experienced recruiter, from either a permanent or contract background, to come in and build a desk on their own terms.

No tech background is required. What we care about is a track record of billing, real relationship building, and the drive to win new business.

What you'll be doing

Build and manage your own pipeline of candidates

Own the client relationship from first call to placement

Negotiate terms and close deals

Win new business through your own outreach and network

Work your market your way, we're not interested in micromanaging you

You'll step into a busy, active market from day one

Earnings

Enhanced compensation for experienced recruiters

Competitive base salary, with no threshold on commission

Earn up to 35% of your billings, paid monthly
