Experienced Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Preston
Salary: Above market rate + uncapped commission

At Tradewind Recruitment, we're continuing to grow across the UK and are looking for ambitious consultants to join our successful Preston team. If you have education recruitment experience and want the backing of a business that genuinely supports its consultants, we want to hear from you.
Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment
Strong relationship-building skills with schools and candidates
Proven business development ability
Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance within education recruitment
