RMS Recruitment are currently hiring for an experienced and motivated Driver Recruiter to join a leading automotive client in the Wix area. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining drivers to support ongoing operational growth and continuity within the Road business.

The Role:

As a Driver Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for drivers from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to onboarding and retention. You ll play a key role in ensuring a consistent supply of qualified, engaged drivers while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Sourcing Proactively source driver candidates using social media platforms and digital recruitment toolsConduct daily searches across job boards and recruitment channelsMaintain a strong presence on Facebook and other recruitment platformsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential candidatesPromote the business and driver opportunities effectivelyClearly explain role requirements, company operations, and employment termsSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout recruitment activities 2. Onboarding & Pre-Start Coordination Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through to start dateMaintain regular communication with drivers before their start dateSend pre-start documentation, checklists, and joining instructionsEnsure all onboarding arrangements are completed accurately and on time 3. Driver Retention Support ongoing driver engagement and retention activitiesAct as a key point of contact for driversBuild positive working relationships and address concerns proactivelyHelp create a positive employee experience About You:

Previous recruitment experience, ideally within logistics, transport, automotive, or operational environmentsConfident using social media and digital sourcing tools for recruitmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and compliance awarenessSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentFull UK Driving Licence required If you re an energetic recruiter who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a busy operational environment, we d love to hear from you.
